We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The candidate would be responsible for IAM business across 4 countries in GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain). The position is based in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building client relationships. Experience in the Saudi market is a mandatory requirement. Spoken Arabic would be significant advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector, with a focus on IAM solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Saudi market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry developments and emerging threats to position the company as a thought leader in cybersecurity.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the cybersecurity industry in related markets, with a focus on IAM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, specifically IAM technologies.
  • Proven experience in the Saudi market is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.
  • Willing to travel within Saudi to major cities
  • Spoken Arabic is an advantage.
