Role: Senior Security Engineer (Int)

Roles and Responsibilities

Strong technical proficiency required, with expertise in at least Network Security and Infrastructure Security domains, and familiarity with others at a high level.
Solid understanding of Security architecture and implementation is needed.
10 years of related working experience
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Cloud Security solutions is a must.
Primary working experience with API Security, Cloud access (Paloalto Prisma), CWPP, Cloud Posture management and SOAR Solutions.
Secondary skill set of SDWAN, Forescout NAC (Network Access Control), WAF (Web Application Firewall), Vulnerability Management solutions.
Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve security issues.
Work closely with system integrators and other stakeholders to integrate security solutions seamlessly into existing network infrastructures.
Performing maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
Participate in incident response and disaster recovery efforts.
Create and enforce security baseline policies and best practices.
Responding to security-related events and incidents
Strong understanding of security trends, threats, and best practices across various industries.
Must have knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and hands on experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree of computer science or related field.
10+years of experience working with Network Security and Infrastructure Security domains.
Must have experience working in a customer-facing role
Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong networking skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
Professional security certifications like CISSP, CCSP, or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
