Role: Senior SailPoint Consultant
Location: Abu Dhabi

The L3 SailPoint Consultant is a senior technical expert responsible for providing advanced support, architecture design, and solution implementation for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) deployments. This role requires a deep understanding of IAM principles, extensive experience with SailPoint IIQ, and the ability to lead complex projects and troubleshoot critical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Advanced Technical Support:
- Act as the escalation point for complex SailPoint IIQ issues that cannot be resolved by L1/L2 support teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis of critical problems and implement permanent solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to L1/L2 support team members.
- Architecture and Design:
- Design and implement SailPoint IIQ solutions that meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Develop and maintain IAM architecture roadmaps and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SailPoint IIQ features and capabilities.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize the performance of SailPoint IIQ deployments.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent future performance problems.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure that SailPoint IIQ deployments comply with industry security standards and regulations.
- Implement security best practices for IAM processes.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
- Thought Leadership:
- Contribute to the development of IAM best practices and standards.
- Share knowledge and expertise through presentations, white papers, and blog posts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and support.
- Deep understanding of IAM principles, architectures, and best practices.
- Proven experience in leading complex IAM projects.
- Expert knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, web services, APIs, and SQL.
- Certifications: SailPoint IdentityIQ Certified Engineer or SailPoint Certified Architect (SCA) certifications are highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- The L3 SailPoint Consultant is expected to be a self-starter and a team player.
