Role: SailPoint Consultant/Developer

Summary:
The L2 SailPoint Consultant is responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the maintenance, and troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role requires a strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, as well as hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ configurations and customizations.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support:
- Provide L2 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Analyze and resolve complex IAM problems related to user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and role management.
- Maintenance:
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, rules, and reports within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Perform daily monitoring tasks to ensure system is running smoothly.
- Customization and Integration:
- Capture customer requirement, and accordingly modify existing configuration, workflows and rules.
- Develop and maintain scripts and APIs to automate IAM processes.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for SailPoint IdentityIQ configurations and customizations.
- Share knowledge and expertise with other team members and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for IAM processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.
- Experience with Java, BeanShell, and XML.
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and SQL.
- Certifications: SailPoint IdentityIQ Certified Engineer
- Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
