Job Description
Solution Documentation and Technical Content Development (40%)
* Create and maintain technical solution architectures and design documents
* Develop detailed technical write-ups for RFP/RFI responses
* Document standard solution components and reference architectures
* Generate reusable technical content for proposals and presentations
* Ensure all solutions align with company standards and best practices
* Create solution estimations and pricing models
* Develop technical architecture diagrams
Presales Materials Development and Design (30%)
* Design professional and visually appealing presentation materials
* Create solution templates and frameworks for common scenarios
* Develop standardized pricing models and costing templates
* Maintain a centralized repository of presales assets
* Create compelling executive summaries and value propositions
* Design solution workshops and demonstration materials
* Develop reusable proposal sections
Technical Research and Market Intelligence (15%)
* Research the latest technology trends and competitive offerings
* Document competitor analysis and solution comparisons
* Create technical whitepapers and solution briefs
* Track industry best practices and reference architectures
* Monitor managed services market developments
* Analyze competitive pricing and service offerings
* Research regional market requirements
Pre-sales Support and Knowledge Management (15%)
* Provide remote technical support to the HQ presales team
* Maintain solution knowledge base and best practices documentation
* Support opportunity qualification and solution scoping
* Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Support proposal reviews and solution validations
* Assist in deal qualification and opportunity assessment
* Provide technical guidance to the sales team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
* Required Certifications:
o ITIL v4 Foundation (minimum)
o Major cloud platform certification (Azure, GCP, or OCI)
* Desired Certifications:
o ITIL Intermediate/Expert levels
o Project Management certification (PMP/Prince2)
o Industry-specific certifications (as relevant)
Technical Knowledge
•BCAA UK certified CCSGO professional
* Deep understanding of cloud and infrastructure services
* Strong knowledge of managed services solutions and delivery models
* Experience with major ITSM platforms
* Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards
* Knowledge of service management standards
Business Skills
* Excellent solution development capabilities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication
* Experience in proposal development

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Experience
* 7+ years total IT industry experience
* 4+ years in managed services pre-sales or solution architecture
* Demonstrated experience in:
o Solution design
o Proposal development
o Technical content creation
o Presales support
Preferred Experience
* Industry vertical expertise (Government, Banking, Oil and Gas)
* Experience with digital transformation initiatives
* Background in Managed Service delivery and operations
* International or multi-cultural business experience
Working Conditions
* Based in India, with a maximum 25% travel to Qatar
* Aligned with Qatar working days and hours (Sunday-Thursday)
* Remote collaboration with Qatar team
* Virtual meetings and presentations
* Flexible hours to support Qatar time zone
Preference to ISSS trained professionals
