Role: Marketing Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Type: Fulltime – Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  •  Execute the Company-Level Marketing Strategy: Implement and monitor the company’s marketing strategy, working closely with the Marketing Team and other key stakeholders.
  •  Manage Social Media Plan: Create, execute, and manage an ongoing social media strategy. Develop a content calendar and ensure timely and engaging content is posted regularly.
  •  Coordinate Design and Development: Work with our design and development teams to manage projects effectively, ensuring high-quality results within set deadlines.
  •  Create Rich Content: Develop compelling and engaging content across all marketing and brand touch-points to attract and retain customers.
  •  Data-Driven Strategies: Use analytics and data to develop marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness.
  •  Customer-First Approach: Maintain a customer-centric focus in all activities to ensure the best possible customer experience and engagement.
  •  Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns for better performance.
  •  Initiate New Projects: Under the guidance of the Marketing Team, initiate and manage new marketing projects and initiatives.
  •  Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate physical customer events, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for attendees.

Skills & Qualifications

Necessary Skills:

  •  Strong content creation and communication skills
  •  Proven ability to coordinate tasks and follow up on projects
  •  Action-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  •  Experience with social media platform tools, including ad platforms like Meta Business Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  •  Proven experience in lead generation

Preferred Skills

  •  Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator
  •  Experience with website development tools, particularly WordPress
  •  Background in a B2B environment or a technology ecosystem

Education & Experience

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  •  Proven experience in a similar role of at least 10-12 years
