Job Description:

L1/L2 Helpdesk Support

Microsoft Servers / AD / DNS / DHCP Management & Troubleshooting

WSUS Management

Endpoint protection platforms (EPP) / Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) Management

Remote Support, Configure & Troubleshooting using Tools – TeamViewer/Any Desk

Networking Switches Management (HPE) – Configure Access / Trunk Ports, VLAN, Routing

Wi-Fi AP Management / Support / Troubleshooting (HPE ARUBA)

Firewall Management – Access Policies with UTM, IPSEC/SSL VPN (Fortinet)

End-user Remote Access Configuration – SSL VPN with 2FA

Exchange and Outlook Management & Support

Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Teams Admin and End User Management

Remote Meeting Tools – Zoom, Google Meet

Backup Solution Management (Prefer: Veeam Backup & Replication Experience)

Virtualization Management – VMWare vSphere, ESXI Servers

Basic Knowledge on CCTV, Access Control & Biometric Systems

Preferable Certifications – ITIL, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, CCNA

Basic Cyber Security Experience


Minimum of 4 – 5 years of IT Support Engineer
