Job Description:
Junior resources 2 – 4 Years
ITIL or similar certification is a plus.
Experience:
- 2+years of experience in IT asset management, inventory management, or related roles.
- Experience with IT asset management software tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Lansweeper, or similar).
- Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and infrastructure lifecycle.
- Proficiency in asset tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of IT asset management best practices and industry standards.
Certifications (Optional):
- ITIL Foundations or advanced certification
- Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)
- Certified Software Asset Management Professional (CSAM)
Preference to ISSS trained professionals
