Role: EUC Engineer
Location: UAE
Job Description:
Duration: 6 months
Experience: Minimum of 4+ of experience in IT support, end-user computing, or related areas.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Windows OS, Mac OS, and mobile OS environments (iOS and Android).
Experience with SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or other device management solutions.
Knowledge of VDI platforms like VMware Horizon or Citrix.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified, ITIL Foundation, or similar are a plus.
Preference to ISSS trained professionals
